Bob Waters Weds Joy Quek

Bob Waters and Joy Quek were married September 30, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada in a lovely civil service wedding. Following the wedding they had a wonderful dinner with friends at a local restaurant, and then served wedding cake, Bob's favorite chocolate pie, at their house on 17th Street. The couple plans to celebrate their anniversary every Friday in their future.

Joy was in the United States from Singapore when she met Bob while visiting his neighbors. She returned to Singapore shortly after, but continued to talk with Bob every evening by phone until finally Bob convinced her to return to Las Vegas and marry him. Family and friends are very happy for them both.
Bob writes, "Joy is a lovely, caring, wonderful Chinese career lady from Singapore and director of her own company. All our families and friends are very happy for us. And we hope that all of our Aramco friends will be happy for us."
