Brad Ferguson of Hobe Sound, FL., 37 died Jan. 2009, at his home.

He was born in Paducah, Ky. and lived in Hobe Sound for 15 years, coming from Nashville, Tenn.

He was a computer engineer and a member of Stuart Church of Christ.

Survivors include his parents, Bill and Sherron Ferguson of Hobe Sound; brother, Doug Ferguson of Stuart; and sister Jill Fraser of Mount Dora.

Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997.

A memorial celebration was at Stuart Church of Christ with Minister Terry Friezel officiating. A guest book may be signed at heavencalled.com.

Bill and Sherron, Barbara and I were very saddened to read about Brad's passing. It's been a long time, but we lived in all the camps, and I worked in all the Dental Clinics and met you in Abqaiq. Oddly enough, my only son, David, died Oct. 7, 2007 at his home in Denver of unknown causes. He was 37. I know the despair and grief you are feeling and my heart goes out to you. Brad,

You had an incredible impact on many of our lives. Those late night LAN parties, gatherings, and just 'hangout' time meant a lot. Your rare intellect really made conversations interesting. Your friendship meant a lot to me, and all of us in Houston. We miss you, Brad.
