Cindi Young Baguskas would like to give friends an update on her life.

Cindi was an Aramco Brat in Abqaiq from 1957 to 1964. She returned to Saudi Arabia a second time in 1975, this time living in Dhahran. She left in 1990. Her daughter, Sarah Moytl-szary Baguskas, was born in Saudi Arabia.

Cindi is proud to have two grandchildren, Miles Baguskas (10 years old) and Mia Baguskas (4 years old). Her daughter Sarah and her husband Adam are expecting a child in December 2009. Cindi and “the kids” all currently live in Massachusetts.

Cindi says, “I was very lucky to have been able to return to Saudi Arabia, as that was where some of my happiest childhood memories took place. My mother was killed the MEA air crash in 1964, and in going back I was able to put some closure to her death. I consider myself a very lucky person to have been a part of the Aramco community; it is something that changes you forever.”

Take a look at a few photos of Cindi and her family in an Aramco ExPats Gallery: The Baguskas Family.

Hi Cindi! Good to find you again. Have you looked up the Facebook page for Aramco Stables?  Do you remember the rides at Abqaiq Stables / Ain Nakle w/ Lady Beth?  Trying to add info to their site.  Please let me know how you are doing and dredge up those old, and great memories!
