The Community Heritage Gallery wants to thank all of you for visiting our facility during your reunion this month. We enjoyed seeing all of you and giving you our short tour over the history of the company over the last 75 years.

What we knew from the start was that you had more information than we could ever share with you. I informed the docents to give their tour but to be attentive to your comments and stories about the company. We have read various books and documents to get our information but all of you have actually lived it and there are volumes of information in your memories that have not even been written.
The Heritage Gallery is currently working with James who did the interviews so he can add more pictures and information to the DVD he is creating. The pictures in the children's room were so popular that the Gallery is definitely making copies of them for James to use. I believe this is something he will give to the annuitants when it is completed. The Gallery does not know all the details, but we are always eager to share our information, especially with the annuitants, retirees, ex-Aramcons and Aramco brats.
Remember if you wish to donate anything to the Gallery please send me an email describing the item(s) and, if possible, send pictures. Due to storage and money constraints, we have to be more judicious with the items we choose to have the company ship to Dhahran. We will then send you the name of the person in Houston ASC office that the items can be sent to and then we will pay for the shipment over to Saudi.
As a personal favor, I am asking if anybody has any information on House 19 and 1148. Mr. Khalid A. Al-Falih has asked the Gallery indirectly for the history of these two houses so it can be shared with the Company's guests. The information we are seeking on these two houses is the date built; occupants of the houses and years of occupancy; dates of refurbishing of the houses; and any other information about the houses. If you have any pictures of these houses, that would be appreciated as well.
As a historian, I love that there is so much more interest in the history of the company and the community. Please email me about this inquiry and if you wish to donate items to the Gallery.
Thank you all again,
