Frank has had a tangle of occupations and places he called home over the years, but for now he has been back in Kingdom since 1995 working as a contractor in curriculum development for Saudi Aramco Training and Career Development in Ras Tanura. Prior to this stint he was in Saudi Arabia from 1982-19’85 as Housing Manager for the military hospital at Dhahran Air Base.
