Greetings everyone! Thanks for checking out my website! I have recently started an 18-week, intense training program to prepare for an Olympic Distance Triathlon.
Even more than being a physical challenge, Team in Training is a spiritual quest toward finding a cure for Leukemia and Lymphoma, which kills more children than any other disease and is the leading fatal malignant disease of men and women under the age of 35.
As a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training® program, I have pledged to train on the behalf of Chad Tremont, a 21-year-old who spent his teen years suffering from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. And to help raise money for research toward a cure-A cure that will help children like Chad to live a life free from the battle of blood cancers, such as Hodgkin’s.
In order to participate in the May 9th Triathlon in Austin, I am required to raise at least $2,500. Here is your chance to put your money towards a good cause and to help me complete a personal challenge. Your generosity gives us every reason to believe that a cure for blood-related cancers is in sight. Thank you for your support! I will keep you updated on my training, and will provide several pictures after the May 9th Triathlon.
