Dear All,
Katie Franck, daughter of close friends Tricia and Charlie Franck, is a prime example of how our youth have a vested interest in the world and can be effective. Our young leaders are coming to the fore. We are very proud of such leading role models for the coming generation. They are our hope for peace and humanity.
For years her parents have been involved with volunteer work in various countries in the East, Africa and Europe.
Katie's college, Elon University was recently recognized at a Presidential function for its social work and she was chosen to represent the college at the Presidential Award for Service to the Community nationwide.
