User Provided Sponsor Pages and Banner Advertisement Instructions
Template
Aramco ExPats Website template consists of a banner region, a sidebar region and a content region.
Banners
Dimensions (w/h): 468 x 60 pixels
Formats: .swf (flash), .jpg, .gif, .js (with permission)
No sound on banners or sponsor pages
Article Content
Article content displays in the “content region.” The current template is designed to allow percentage width layouts with the stipulation that at a client resolution of 800 x 600 the “content region” must adjust without scroll to 650 pixels width. Maximum width for tables or banner graphics is 500 pixels. Aramco ExPats does not have a minimum or maximum height specification.
Note: Maximum width for tables or banner graphics is 500 pixels. All graphics will be adjusted 500 pixels wide if they are sent to us wider than 500 pixels.
All graphics and photographs for a Sponsor Page must be sent directly to info@aramcoexpats.com and not imbedded within the html.
Linked images
Images may be submitted to Aramco ExPats to be included with the html content. Externally linked images are allowed if page views are to be tracked by client in case of sponsor pages and client agrees to notify Aramco ExPats, for review, prior to replacing published image.
Scripting
Embedded JavaScript may be included in content subject to review. Linked script files may be included with permission and full disclosure of information collected through Aramco ExPats. A list of all cookies set by client side scripts shall be provided to Aramco ExPats prior to final publication of submitted content.
CSS Styles
Embedded CSS is permitted with the understanding that custom definitions may be changed if they conflict with existing Aramco ExPats definitions. Aramco ExPats does not allow CSS definitions of global HTML tags. A style sheet may be provided to Aramco ExPats to be linked to article content. Externally linked CSS style sheets are not allowed.
General
Any content displayed on Aramco ExPats and data collected through content provided shall adhere to the Privacy Policy posted at Aramco ExPats and is subject to change without notice. In addition, Aramco ExPats retains the option to add disclaimer(s) to all client content.
Forms
Forms may be added to submitted content with prior approval and agreement to disclose all information collected through Aramco ExPats.
