Ingredients:
1/2 Cup butter
3 Oz. Blue Cheese
1 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons sour cream 20 Slices white bread 1 19 oz. can asparagus spears 3 Tablespoons melted butter Parmesan cheese, melted.
Directions:
Cream butter with blue cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
Remove crust from bread slices. Roll each slice of bread rolling pin until flat. Spread the cheese mixture lightly over each slice of bread.Drain asparagus and place on a paper towel until dry. Place one asparagus spear on each bread slice. Roll bread around asparagus spear. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Cut each in half. Drizzle melted butter over top of rolls. Sprinkle Parmesan over each roll. Bake at 350˚ F. for 15 - 20 minutes till brown.
