2 cups canned chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained
2/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
Place chick peas, lemon juice, garlic and salt in food processor. Chop. Add tahini and blend until smooth. Garnish with olive oil and paprika. Serve with warmed pita bread.
