Chicken Casserole

The Abqaiq Cookbook - 1973

8 or 9 chicken breast halves
1 package dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Skin chicken breasts and place in a flat baking dish. Mix together the onion soup, cream of mushroom soup and milk; pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours, or until nicely browned. Sometimes you need to add a little milk to the dish as it is cooking. It should  make a thick gravy.

Yield: 5 or 6 servings
