Cottage Cheese and Jello Salad

Al Hasa Cookbook - 1976

1 box lime and lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 3/4 cup crushed pineapple (whole can)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip if possible)
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 box cottage cheese (frozen in local stores will work OK)

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and let jell until slightly jelled. After the Jello is slightly jelled, add the next 4 ingredients.

Place back in the refrigerator in the mold that you wish and completely jell until time for you to remove from the mold.

Delicious with chicken, turkey and dressing.
