Ingredients:
1 Bag of lentils
1 Cup olive oil
1 Cup lemon juice
5 small green hot peppers, diced
2 medium onions, diced
Directions:
Cook lentils for 25 minutes and drain. Mix in other ingredients and let stand several hours for flavor.
