The Abqaiq Cookbook - 1973
¼ cup barbecue sauce, bottled or homemade
¼ cup soy sauce
2 to 4 tbsps. A-1 Steak Sauce
¼ cup wine
2 tbsps. Candied ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate dash garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and let set for 2 hours to blend flavors. Brush on steaks before barbecueing and serve extra sauce along with the steak.
Yield: 1 cup sauce.
