The Abqaiq Cookbook - 1973
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. ginger
½ cup Soy sauce
2 tbsps. Brown sugar
½ tsp. Monosodium Glutamate
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat, placed in glass dish, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours or as long as desired.
