The group of NED69ers is scattered all over the globe. Engr. Sharif Ur Rehman Malik found that Engr. Syed Sharif Naqvi a NED69ers Electrical is in the town visiting his family. He is settled in Chicago Illinois USA for last forty years. As the roots are still in Karachi so all the friends who are settled abroad do visit their relatives as and when they have an opportunity. Engr. Sharif Ur Rehman met Engr. Syed Sharif Naqvi and managed to get some time from him to meet on a dinner party with other NED69ers in the city. So March 13, 2015 was fixed and then we spread a word around and eleven NED69ers gathered at Food House at Clifton at 2000 Hours. The attendees were as follows:

We missed Engr. Mohammad Akber Ismail - Civil who had just gone through a surgery and in the process of recovery. All the NED69ers prayed for the fast recovery of Akbar Ismail. Engr. Iqbal Hameed - Mechanical could not attend as he got some family commitment and Engr. Mohammad Anwar - Mechanical also could not come due to his sick mother. Engr. Shahid Hafiz Mirza is having some knee problem and excused not to attend. As all the NED69ers are 65 plus so all are having some problem and have reservation on diet. So Engr. Sharif Ur Rehman Malik the organizer has to take care of all the members while ordering the food. Engr. Suhail Ahmad met few friends after a very long time. This time we all discussed a lot about our third year engineering Industrial tour of West Pakistan. Such a memorable tour that one cannot forget all the activities done during the tour. I have few pictures of the 3rd year Tour and I am sharing the same with you all. If any member of NED69ers has more tour pictures then please do share with us so that we can compile them together.
The discussion of tour will never end so while we were talking the food was served and all started enjoying the delicious dishes Engr. Sharif Ur Rehman Malik ordered keeping the requirement for all the friends. The food was very delicious only little lacking in the service from the staff. Engr. Sharif Ur Rehman Malik talked to the Manager and they promised to take care next time. After the food we had some sweet and after that we had few group photographs for remembrance. It was a great gathering and it gives motivation and increased the spirits of all the old buddies. We said good bye to Engr. Syed Sharif Naqvi to have a safe journey back to Chicago. With the note that to meet again soon we all dispersed.
