The meeting of Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA) held on August 13, 2016 at SAEEA general Secretary, Ghulam Qutubuddin house.
The attendees were as follows:

The meeting started with recitation of holly Quran by the President, Kamal A. Farooqui.

KAF thanked GQK for providing his house for SAEEA meeting and arranging a delicious lunch for attendees.

KAF updated all attendees about SAEEA activities during July, 2016.

KAF advised all the Attendees that the current Managing Committee will continue for another two years as no one approached for contesting elections. He requested all MCM to be more cooperative with each other to enable to provide better services to the Members. A letter is still needed from Election Committee Group confirming that the present MCM will continue. KAF to follow with Rais Akhtar.

Several Friends confirmed their availability for 15th Reunion; but they could not attend. KAF to contact all those Friends to know the reason(s) for not attending the Reunion.

Four ex-Aramcons have joined SAEEA during the 15th Reunion. KAF requested MCM to make certain that the Guests are not ex-Aramcons. In case they are, then they have to become SAEEA Members first.

Several Friends have been requesting for a mini get together during September/October. This will be for Families and on equal contribution basis. KAF and IQ to look a Farm House for this purpose.

KAF requested AQ to look for a place for SAEEA 16th Reunion.

MSH presented SAEEA updated account.
