The bride Fiza Liaqat and the groom Osama Qureshi
TThe wedding reception of Osama Nafees Qureshi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Muhammad Nafees Qureshi, to Fiza Liaqat, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Liaqat Ali Malik was held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the PNS Bahadur Lawn, Karsaz, Karachi, Pakistan. A good number of guests attended the reception which included friends and family of the bride and groom. Two ex-employees of Saudi Aramco, Mr. Manzoor Sheikh and Mr. Hussein Haroon, attended along with their families.
Mr. Muhammad Nafees Qureshi, Saudi Aramco Badge Number 72714, worked from 1974 through 2007 in the Drilling & Workover Engineering Department, Dhahran. He is a permanent member of the Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA).
Osama got his early education in Saudi Arabia, followed by Higher Education from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) earning a bachelor’s degree with a Minor in Mathematics. He is working towards becoming a qualified Actuary from the Society of Actuaries USA. He initially worked in IGI for three years in Karachi, Pakistan. He is currently employed with Oman Insurance Company in Dubai, UAE as an Actuarial Analyst working in the lines of Life, Health and General Insurance.
Osama's wife Fiza, obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and is working towards becoming a Certified Financial Analyst. She is currently employed with Pakistan’s largest bank, Habib Bank Limited, working in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division.
The reception ceremony was very graceful and the food was delicious. We all enjoyed the food as well as the company of friends.
