Reilly Financial Advisors was one of only six recipients of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics & Integrity in December. Businesses were celebrated and acknowledged for their commitment to moral principles, honesty and reliability and support in the local San Diego County marketplace. We are particularly grateful to have been honored with this esteemed award. The ceremony for the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics & Integrity was held on the 4th of December. The extensive process to submit for the Torch Award required companies to present their commitment to excellence through a binder that is presented to an independent panel of judges who grade entries based on the company’s adherence to ethical business practices. The Torch Award evaluates the company’s commitment to ethics and integrity with regard to clients, employees/shareholders, vendors, and the community. RFA’s binder was plumb full and all pages were back to back in our final two inch binder! Companies throughout San Diego County competed for this coveted award, and it is with great pride that we share that we were one of the six recipients in all of San Diego County. Additionally, it has been a very gratifying year for Reilly Financial Advisors as we were awarded Fastest Growing Private Companies and Best Places to Work in San Diego! Conducted by the San Diego Business Journal, the Fastest Growing Companies list was determined by independent research and uncovered the region’s top emerging growth companies. We are overjoyed to be part of such an elite group. Just one month later, through employee surveys and nominations, we were named one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego, an award that Don and Frank are especially proud of receiving.
