Allen A. Milks
Allen A. Milks [SRGP 40422], 74, of Sherwood Manor Apts., Mansfield, died on Saturday, April 27, 1991 at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro. Born April 7, 1917 in Perrysburg, NY, he was the son of George B. and Carol R. Allen Milks. He was an U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and a member of the First Methodist church in Limestone, NY. He had been an employee of the former Mansfield College for 13 years, retiring in 1979. He was formerly employed by Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Saudi Arabia and the Kendall Refining Company of Olean, NY. Surviving are his wife, Mary Hanna Howe Milks of Mansfield; one son, Paul J. Milks of Bradford; one stepdaughter, Mary Lee Edney of Horseheads, NY; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Burial was made at Oakwood Cemetery, Mansfield. Arrangements were made by the Scureman Funeral Home, Mansfield. Memorial donations may be made to the Mansfield Ambulance Association.
