Charles Joseph Kane, Jr.
Charles Joseph Kane, Jr., 81, of Inverness, died Sunday (April 27, 2003) at Mariner Health Care in Inverness under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. Born in Philadelphia, he came here in 1991 from West Palm Beach. He was a retired technician with ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia with 20 years of service. He was a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II and was a condominium association manager. He was Catholic. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ruth (Gillow); two sons, Richard Charles, Hawaii, and Ronald Howard, Tampa; a sister, Lorraine Christiansen, West Palm Beach; a grandson; and a great-grandson.
