Ernest Spetter
Ernest was born on January 15, 1937 and passed away at his youngest daughter's home in North Carolina. He had been ill since returning from a decades-long career in Saudi Arabia, which he loved.
Mr. Spetter was graduate of Coyne Electrical College and Grossmont College and served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy. Ernie was the father of 7 children. He was predeceased by his third child/second daughter Bessie, who died at the age of 2 1/2 months. He was away at sea when she died, but obtained emergency leave, and returned home to California to be with his wife and his other 2 children.
Ernie was married twice. Both former wives survive him. Six children & their spouses, 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces, and friends also survive. Ernie was also predeceased by his sister Nanci and brother Harold.
