Joan Teske
Entered into rest Monday, January 25, 2016, Mrs. Joan Teske, 84. Mrs. Teske moved to the United States from her native England in 1961 to teach physical therapy at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. She married Orville Teske on December 23, 1967. They settled in Little Rock, Arkansas where they started their family. In 1980, they moved to Saudi Arabia where Mr. Teske worked as an engineer for Aramco. They retired in 1992 and settled in Jasper, GA to be nearer family. Most recently, Mrs. Teske has been a resident of Montclair at Clairmont Place in Decatur, GA. Mrs. Teske was preceded in death by her husband Orville C. Teske. They have three children including: son, Nicholas Teske and wife Amy, their children: Caleb, Connor, Chandler, Elysia, and Eliza Teske all of Martinez, GA; son, Michael Teske and wife Sevda, their children: Isabella, Adib, and Kian Teske all of Tegucigalpa, Honduras; daughter, Karen Teske Blue and husband Eric, their son, Dylan Blue of Decatur, GA.
