Johnnie B. Rusher Merritt died in San Antonio, TX, on July 30, 2019 at the age of 104 (one month shy of her 105th birthday). She was an Aramco pioneer with service dates from May 1948 to July 1970. Her first Aramco badge displayed number 6087. Johnnie's Aramco experience was featured at the Austin Hafla 2018 with Johnnie in attendance answering questions and providing her personal memories.
