Marcia Dutton
With her family by her side, Marcia Dutton, 82, of Pennsville went home to be with the Lord on February 8, 2019. Born in Penns Grove, NJ., Marcia was the daughter of George and Wilma (Pennington) Clunn. She graduated from Penns Grove High School in 1953 and then went to Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School graduating in 1954. Afterwards, she worked for Dupont for 15 years and Saudi ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia for 5 years.
Marcia was a devoted wife and mother who treasured her time spent with family. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, spending time in Cape May, NJ and doing crafts. She is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Norris; her children, Dawn (Jon), Stewart (Cynthia), Patrick (Connie) and Dana (Gary); sisters, Janet Clunn and Marilyn Herrmann; five grandchildren, Bradley, Megan, Kelly, Neil and Laurie as well as five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Laurie, her parents, and two sisters, Judy Willey and Wilma Clunn.
All services will be held at Sharptown UMC, 3 Chapel St., Pilesgrove NJ 08098 on Thursday, February 14, 2019. The visitation will begin at 10 AM with the service following at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Lawnside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Bayada Hospice, 603 N. Broad St., Suite 301, Woodbury, NJ 08096 in Marcia's memory.
