Monique Slotboom
My dearest friends, our Mona will be laid to rest on Wednesday 21 April at 2 PM, together with my father in a family grave. Near my mother's house, there is a beautiful little graveyard where my sister and I went to burn a candle on Sunday for Paps. We will hold a private ceremony at 1 PM with music and last words for my wonderful sister and daughter. Afterward, all friends, family and neighbours will stand along the road as an honour guard and accompany her to her final resting place. Monique loved yellow roses.
Monique is predeceased by her father Hans Slotboom. She is survived by her mother Janny Slotboom-Guillot, Arleen and Rik, Mary and Hans, Gré Swint, Paul and Grant, cousins and nieces, and her pet Poker.
