Dukes, Robert C. "Bob" passed away Sunday, September 9th, 2018, at the age of 72. Brother of Anita Dowman, father of Nicole Just, Sarah Dukes, Rebecca Scott, and Michael Dukes; grandfather of Brianna Sherrill, Annabelle Vega, Abigail Vega, Alejandro Vega, Gavin Scott, Zoey Scott and Lilianna Dukes. Great Grandfather of Aidan Herron and Ava Herron. Uncle of Lynda Simon, Steve Dowman, and Cherie Zahn. Great Uncle of Raymond Simon and Jacob Simon. Former husband of Linda Dukes.
He is further survived by cousins and loved ones. Bob was an Electrical Engineer who began his career at Grede Foundries. He fulfilled his love of travel when he became employed with ARAMCO and continued growing his family in Saudi Arabia. He returned to Milwaukee, completing his circle, retiring from Appleton Electrical Foundry.
Bob was a master of any hobby he touched with passions including mechanics, building, music, ballroom dancing, and teaching all he knew to others. He was one of a kind and lived life his own way. His wisdom and heart will live on through all the lives he touched in his journey through life.
Visitation Fri. Sept. 21st, 6-8PM at the Funeral Home. A celebration of Life and Time of Sharing to follow, at 8 PM. Interment Sat. Sept. 22nd at 11 AM at ARLINGTON PARK CEMETERY. Please meet inside the gates by 10:30 AM.
