Robert E. Belcher
Sun and Flare regrets to announce the death of Robert E. Belcher, Thursday, April 5, in the Dhahran Senior Staff hospital after a long illness.
A management engineer with the Methods and Organization division, Dhahran, Mr. Belcher joined Aramco Dec. 14, 1949. He arrived in the Field Feb. 5, 1950, where his first assignment was as a senior manpower analyst with the Organization Planning division.
Mr. Belcher was born April 14, 1915, in Chicago, Ill. He is survived by his widow, Erma and three children, Karen, 12, Robert, 11, and Ingrid, 9.
