Albert Leslie Flintham
Albert Leslie (Les) Flintham, sadly passed away April 7th after many illnesses that he had battled bravely. Les always had a smile for everyone and a joke to tell.
His loving and devoted wife Flora, children and grandchildren were with him at this very sad time.
Les started work in Aramco in November 1980 in the Uthmaniyah Gas Plant before moving to Dhahran Loss Prevention.
Les enjoyed taking part in many sports. He joined in Squash, Ten Pin Bowling, Bridge and his favourite, Golf, making many friends from all over the world.
When he reached sixty he decided to take a break away from work, but after phone calls from his department gave in after a year and went back as a contractor for six years.
Les never had a bad word about his people at work, always positive and complimentary.
His family misses him very much and the outpouring comments from his many friends say they too will miss him.
Les's funeral will be Thursday, April 25th. There is a link for streaming for those unable to attend.
