NED Alumni Australia (Sydney) arranged a party in honor of Engr. Lt. Col® Javed Majid Siddiqui - CEO of Rehmat Ul Alameen Welfare Organization Pakistan (RAWO) a graduate of NEDUET in Civil Engineering 1967. Javed Sahib is currently visiting Sydney, Australia as his son Engr. Shahid Majid lives there. Special thanks to Abdullah and all others who joined to pay their respects to one of our elders.

The NED Alumni Australia has arranged a small gathering for Javed Sahib, who is the father of Shahid Majid, and he is in Sydney at the moment

The function started with a speech from Mr. Zeeshan, who is the President of the organization in which he Introduced Engr.Col.® Javed Majid to the members of ALUMNI Sydney Australia, as very Senior NED student and welcomed him and his family.

Engr. Col ® Javed Majid is addressing the NED Alumina Australia in response to Engr. Zeeshan Ahmed’s speech. All Members are listening very carefully.

In return, Col ® Javed Majid thanked the participants and their families and briefly highlighted his stay in NED 60 years ago, his army career, other civil engineering jobs, and finally his present set up of welfare projects under (RAWO) in Karachi, Pakistan.

He also suggested to alumni, some welfare measures to support the students presently studying in NEDUET.

A dinner was served with delicious food and a high-quality menu.

After the dinner, a musical function was arranged in which various members, ladies, and gents presented the songs and milli Nughmas.

At 11:00 pm the function ended with the National Anthem by all ladies, gents, and children saying goodbye to their old member Javed Majid, and his family.
