Al-Isa joined Aramco in 1975, and for most of his career worked in various capacities within the company’s Public Relations Department. He has held managerial positions across the Kingdom in the Industrial Security and Government Affairs organizations.

From 1989 to 2001, he held supervisor and director positions with the Aramco Exhibit Division, and beginning in 2002, he served as director of Media Production over a two-year period.

Al-Isa holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from California State University in Fresno, U.S., and is a member of the International Public Relations Association, as
well as the American Society of Industrial Security.

He has completed more than 30 leadership training courses during his career with Saudi Aramco, including the UEP University of Oxford Advanced Management Program.
