The meeting of Saudi Aramco Ex-Employees Association (SAEEA) held on May 14, 2016 at SAEEA very active and cooperative Member, Mr. Asif Mirza’s house.

- The meeting started with recitation of Holly Quran by the President, Kamal A. Farooqui.
- KAF thanked AM for providing his house for SAEEA meeting and arranging a delicious lunch for attendees.
- The purpose of the meeting was to form an Election Committee responsible holding SAEEA third elections 2016 – 2018.
- The Managing Committee, unanimously, selected the following persons for arranging fair and free elections:
- Asif Mirza (AM)
- Rais Akhtar (RA)
- Kaisaruddin Alavi (KA)
- Qamar A. Khan (QAK)

- All above Members will elect, amongst them, their Leader, who will be named as Chairman of the Election Committee and inform the SAEEA Managing Committee. SAEEA will then provide necessary material to the Chairman, Election Committee.
- The third elections of SAEEA will be held during its 15th Reunion, tentatively scheduled to be held after Eid UL Fitr this year.
