Monika Ingrid Fuschetto
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Monika Ingrid Fuschetto of Eustis, Florida on Tuesday December 28, 2021, at the age of 78 years. Her battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed her courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Monika came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years, Steve; children; Susan and Gwen; Grandchildren; Alexis and Elizabeth; Great Grandchildren; Isabella and Peyton; her two sisters in Germany; Ingrid and Babel; and numerous other family members and friends.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Monika. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities, whether it was at work in Communications in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia or later at the local arts and crafts group. She was an avid quilter and participated in many Saudi Aramco events over 20 years. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.
A memorial service was held with relatives and close friends. Monika will be interned in the military cemetery in Bushnell Florida.
