1 Lb. Cheddar Cheese
5 JalapeƱos (more or less to taste)
4 Eggs
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon salt


Slit peppers and remove (and discard) seeds and pithy spines, wash in running tap water. Put cheese and JalapeƱos in processor and mix. Add eggs and salt and process until mixed.

Transfer to greased baking dish (about 9 inches square). Bake at 350-370? F for about 20 minutes.

Let cool five minutes, cut into small squares.
