Al Hasa Cookbook - 1976

1 pound shrimp (boiled and chopped fine)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry horseradish

Mix all ingredients and use for dip or spread on Ritz or saltine crackers.
