Thomas C. Petren, 82, longtime resident of Lanoka Harbor, passed away on October 10, 2023 at his home. Tom was born in Newark, NJ and had lived in Lanoka Harbor since 1971. He graduated from Kean University with a B.S. in Mathematics and received his Master's Degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dorothy Annette MacDonnell
Dorothy Annette MacDonnell (nee Roberts) passed away after a short illness on October 4th, 2023, at the age of 85. Dorothy was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia on April 11th, 1938. After graduating Glace Bay High school, she went on to work as a teacher and married Robert MacDonnell.

Lawrence Barnes
Lawrence (Larry) Barnes passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 100. Larry joined Aramco in 1947 as an electrical engineer. He held many positions during his thirty years with Aramco, and was the Superintendent of Transportation when he retired in 1977.
